Elevate is very fortunate with parking. We can fit around 300 people for parking.
General Rules
We can do your catering or you may bring in your own catering!
Smoking is allowed outside of the building.
Pets are allowed if it goes along with the event.
Please refrain from using confetti or glitter.
If alcohol is being served, then we use our own TABC Licensed person.
We must know if tickets are being sold due to permits needed from catering/alcohol situations.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
