All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Space available for Film and Photo location shoots- Lincoln Park 3 story brownstone home with intimate garden space - vintage layout and finishes (all original wood trim) Three floors - Top Floor - bedrooms, office area and balcony Middle Floor - Living area, kitchen, office space Lower Floor - full size pool table and bar and entertainment area Garden - courtyard garden with fountain , dining areas $1,600/full day - minimum 8 hour rental

General Rules

No smoking - minimum booking 8hours - Additional time/days if needed negotiable - Production crew to coordinate with owner No pets allowed Guests must provide proof of insurance and valid permits if needed All rentals include setup and teardown time Furniture and personal items must be moved back to original location Space should be restored to condition it was found Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
