About the Space
**PLEASE NOTE - I CHARGE SIGNIFICANTLY MORE FOR MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE** I will be at home with my dog No parking at the roundabout from 9-11 on Wednesdays Modernist House one block off of Abbot Kinney. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a pool and jacuzzi on the roof. The home is perfect for photo shoots, film shoots and meetings. Dining table seats 10. Please feel free to inquire for additional information, or to schedule a walk through. The property was completed in 2018 and designed by noted Venice architect David Hertz.
