All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
**PLEASE NOTE - YOU MAY NOT PUT UP "NO PARKING" SIGNS** Modernist House one block off of Abbot Kinney. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a pool and jacuzzi on the roof. The home is perfect for photo shoots, film shoots and meetings. Dining table seats 10. Please feel free to inquire for additional information, or to schedule a walk through. The property was completed in 2018 and designed by noted Venice architect David Hertz.

There is free street parking at the roundabout in front of the house. Additionally, there is an option for Valet at Milwood and Electric at the Electric Lodge

Please no smoking inside the home. Pets should be fine, but I would like to have a discussion about it first. Outside food and alcohol should generally be fine. Large parties are fine but only until 10pm at night.
