About the Space

Spacious studio located right off the highway in Overland Park, KS near the Overland Park Convention Center. The space is beautifully simple, with all white walls and ceiling - featuring a 30 ft. cyc wall. The studio also includes a lounge area, fiber internet download and upload speeds, stylist work area, clothing racks and steamers (upon request).

General Guidelines: - Noise - Be aware of the noise you are making, in particular, when you are having photo sessions. We don’t mind music, but keep the volume low to not disturb our neighbors, fellow co-workers and customer service that is happening in adjacent room. - Don’t overbook your time. Be on time and do not overbook your stay if there is another co-worker or client waiting to use the space. - Be friendly - We want this space to be vibrant and creative. Help foster a safe and friendly environment. - Smoking is not allowed inside space. A designated smoking area is located in back of building, outside near the bay door. - Alcohol is allowed, but we prefer that people hired for client work (models, assistants) not drink alcohol while in space. You are responsible for them. Please have awareness and maturity with managing beer/liquor on site. - Racist, misogynist, pornographic or other offensive themes are not allowed in the photo studio. - Events or other gatherings are not allowed without the full authorization. Insurance & Liability - It is required that you have general liability insurance to rent either the co-op space or the photo studio. - We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. - We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle while parked on premise or stolen items out of your vehicle. - You will be responsible for damage or theft caused by your guest or hired client work.
