PLEASE READ: - the unit is up a flight of stairs and there's sadly no elevator, so please take this into consideration - this is a LIVE/work loft space, meaning I and my partner live here and will likely be on-site. We just moved into the space at the start of July so odds are either he or I will be around, either working or cleaning/building up the space.
