Paid parking daily from 8am till 10pm. We have parking stickers available for $10.

We have 12 large windows that have blackout curtains to cover all completely. During spring/summer: light from +/- 7:00am till +/- 10:00pm During fall/winter: light from +/- 10:00am till +/- 4:00pm

We can hear the upstairs neighbors and they are aware of our space to be open for events and businesses. Music is allowed up till midnight. We are on a busy street, lot's of stores and parking. Passing cars and busses can cause noise for recording. Our AC does makes a sound but is doable and can be turned off upon recording.

Ground Floor

We have a loading zone in front of the entrance. We do not require a ramp and after (un)loading, vehicle must find parking elsewhere.

We have a storage area and basement that is off limits.

We will provide guidance upon power access and electrical outlets.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is a flat rate of $35, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. SETUP & TEARDOWN TIME Factor in about 30 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of teardown time as well as guests leaving in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file by Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Insurance to cover any theft, damage and loss as well as liability.

All furniture and wall decorations can be moved with proper communication and guidance and by our staff only. Guests are not allowed to move and remove any building decorations furniture inside and from the building.
