- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We developed this brand new construction home with one thing kept in mind: to provide a unique and unparalleled guest experience in Chicago’s energy filled Logan Square Neighborhood. The immersive design is functional and stylistic. Upon entering the home you will walk into the light filled design of dramatic 14 foot floor to ceiling windows. Two levels with multiple entertaining space. Open layout with top of the line chef's kitchen featuring brand new Kitchen Aid appliances, white subway tile and quartz counters. The homes also contain 5 4K flat screen HD TV’s for your viewing enjoyment. Cable TV available in the upstairs family room. Netflix and streaming included downstairs and upstairs master bedroom. WiFi included. The outdoor area is wonderful to enjoy in the warmer months! Outdoor lighting and patio furniture make for the perfect entertaining space. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
