About the Space
Great indoor/outdoor space. Full kitchen with top of the line appliances. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Recently updated! Two office desks. One workout room with Peloton and gym equipment. Large deck with BBQ, views of city, mountains, water, and bridge. Newly added hot tub and outdoor fireplace and tree lights. Great for day or night shoots. Side yard with nice green grass. Big dinning area with expanded table. Only 5 minutes from downtown San Rafael. Only 30 minutes from San Francisco.

The space was gorgeous - from the textiles to the plants to the furniture to the lighting to the soap to the views etc….amazing space! A little tricky tiny winding roads to get to and from - still worth it. Kris was a fantastic host and very communicative. We can't wait to film there again!

This location is just as pictured! Kris was very responsive to all of my pre-production questions as well as when we were on location. There were several rooms and we were able to give each of our models a bedroom as well as plenty of space to set up product and equipment. There is no neighborhood parking nearby but we were able to fit 5-6 cars in the garage and driveway. It was perfect for our photoshoot and I would definitely recommend it!
