We're in the Santee Design Center in the Fashion District 8000sqft. of Rooftop Access with an amazing Downtown Skyline view. If you have any specific questions please feel free to ask. *Additional Rooftop Rules and Regulations* -Freight elevator is available for the same hours 8am-6pm (with a break between 12pm-1pm). -Rooftop is bare -Bathrooms are located on the 3rd & floor in our studio - There will be a rooftop liability form that needs to be signed before going up on the rooftop. - Do not lean against the edge. - No dragging items or scraping the surface of the rooftop. - No smoking or alcohol on the rooftop. - Our business or the building managers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, his party or possessions while on the rooftop. - If any of the crew members fails to follow these rules, they are to remove by the staff immediately. - Rules are enforced regardless the prior knowledge. - All the necessary permits are the Renter's responsibility.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I did a video shoot at the rooftop. Raul and his stuff are terrific, fast responding and always helpful. The Location has and incredible view of downtown and the house rules are clear and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to work with him again.

Enjoyed the location, great view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only hard part was the elevator had some issues on and off during the day. That is a building issue though, not on Raul.

This rooftop was absolutely gorgeous!!! At night the view is unreal. I shot a dance concept video and we were able to dance in thick black socks— just some insight for any choreographers out there(we each went through about two pairs)! Raul answered all my questions and was very kind/easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend.
