Spacious Modern Multi-Functional Cozy Loft with Extraordinary Natural Lighting

This beautiful cozy creative space can accommodate many types of gatherings. Off-site meetings, networking events, workshop space, get-togethers, and small parties will be successful with our venue thanks to a combination of tasteful modern decor and cozy space. Our goal is to provide you with the perfect space, Leafy, Dreamy, Steamy, whatever your event represents! Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your vision, you won’t be disappointed. The loft is 650 in total sq/ft with a large window in the common area with excellent natural lighting. The main bathroom, at approximately 100 square feet with accessible hall way, large mirror, bright lighting, and sliding doors can serve as an ideal hair/make-up & wardrobe room. We have a 10 ft table that can accommodate 10 -14 for dinner and plenty of space for additional table/chair rentals for larger dining functions. *You would need to request the table setup beforehand so it can be accessible for your event.* Our open kitchen is also great for live cooking experiences and capturing visual content. We are located on Alhambra and N Monterey St. Only a couple of blocks away from (3-5min drive) from Main street where you can find endless restaurants, bars, shops and cafes etc. with in the same block. So delivery/catering options are aplenty and you will find great coffee to energize your day. YOUR HOST: We love hosting events and occasions at our home ourselves so know firsthand how great our space is for that. I will always be at your disposal to support your needs and answer your questions. GENERAL GUIDELINES & RULES: We reserve the right to be present in the space to act as venue managers to supervise adherence to the space rules & regulations. LIMITATIONS: Productions that include Extremely LOUD, VIOLENT scenes are not appropriate for the space. Please advise of the nature of your production along with your inquiry. We will not accept booking requests without understanding the general nature of the production. We are not interested in censorship but rather in ensuring our space is best suited for your needs and will be uninterrupted. DAMAGES: We have found Peerspace to be a very respectful community and have had almost exclusively positive experiences. To protect your interest, we advise you take photos of the placement and condition of all furniture, decor and accessories, floors and walls in the space before your production begins. In the advent of any damages occurring during your production we urge you to notify us immediately so we can assess together. LOAD-IN & OUT: Please be mindful of noise when loading-in and loading-out out of respect to our other building tenants. Yelling up and down the stairs and in the hallways is prohibited. SECURITY: For security purposes please keep doors locked if needed to be in and out of the loft. CAST & CREW: Please keep all cast & crew inside of the unit at all times. Beyond load-in & load-out there shall be no gathering in the hallway of the building. Filming scenes in the hallways of the building our outside our unit is prohibited. Rental is strictly for the interior of the space pictured. WIFI & ENTERTAINMENT: For entertainment we have a smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc apps at your disposal. We have super fast WIFI at your disposal, information kit will be provided before your event. FOOD & BEVERAGE: You are welcome to use our refrigerator as needed with advance notice of anticipated volume needed. If you are looking for Food & Beverage options in the area, there are a lot of restaurant options choices within a 3 minute driving radius.
