Right off the 405 and just down the street from HHLA, our easily accessible offsite space is private and feels like you're tucked away in a resort. Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a sheikh and modern luxury space. Versatile enough to host groups up to 30 people Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, offsites, brainstorming sessions, presentations, photoshoots, filimshoots, and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Multiple tables and huge Counter Space to hold an event - Multiple Seating Areas Easily Accommodate 30+ to sit - Barstool seating up to 6 - 65' inch TV + Three 55' TVs - Cable + WiFi - Full kitchen with all appliances (gas range) - Access to the outdoor Courtyard Seating Area FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space itself was very nice and as advertised and our guests enjoyed themselves for our babyshower. We used the nearby parking lot at HH Mall for everyone, which was a short walk over. We were able to go over the day before and get a walk through so that we knew what to expect. Everything seemed great. Some notes worth mentioning: When we arrived the day of to start setting up, another party was in the room. We later learned the space was double booked. Luckily there was another clubhouse within the complex that the other party was able to move in to. The manager explained it was an administrative error on their part. We're glad that everything worked out for both parties (hopefully the other event was good as well...) but we were scrambling to set up due to the loss of time with the mixup. Another thing worth mentioning - when we went to get our ID's back at the end of our event at 5pm, the office was closed. Luckily again, we were able to get someone to open the door and get our IDs, we were banging really loudly and I think they had JUST closed. There was no communication to our party when they handed us the room key when we started that the office was closing at a specific time. Had someone not been there, my mom wouldn't have been able to make her flight home. Lastly - they add your phone number to the call box as "peerspace" which is great, so you can buzz people in when they arrive. My number was supposed to expire after the event, however it's 4 days later and I'm still getting random calls to my cell phone with people asking to be buzzed in... All in all - the space itself was lovely. Hopefully the Apartment staff that manages this rental is able to organize a little better as these seem like hiccups that should be avoided for future. That's the reason for the 3 stars.
