Booking was really simple, Deborah promptly answered all my questions and helped me to coordinate remotely. We had onsite support to connect and front desk was really helpful considering we cater from outside. Only downside for us is that smart TV didn't have microphone incorporated and we were doing videoconferencing; other than that everything was great.
