Located near the Rose Bowl and 2 minutes north of Old Town Pasadena and right off the 210 FWY exit, this location is perfect for Baby Showers, Weddings, Yoga Classes, Birthday Parties, Gatherings, and Music and Wine Tasting Events. The rental is for our Outdoor space only. There is no inside access due to Covid-19 restrictions. There is a Gazebo area, BBQ Grill area, Patio area, and Grass area. The table and chairs in the Gazebo can be moved and the space used as a stage. The grass area can fit approximately 30 to 40 people sitting on the grass. It's a great idea to use the Gazebo as a Music stage with the audience sitting on the grass sipping wine and enjoying the show. 1 Restroom is available with outside access. There is parking on the driveway for 4 cars. There is plenty of non-metered street parking across the street to accommodate approximately 40 cars. A COI (Certificate of Insurance) is required to book our event. This is a 1-day Insurance policy that will cover your event and compensate us for any loss or damages to our property during your event. A COI will be around $50 to $100 depending on the type of event. The COI must cover General liability: $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate. The beneficiary of the insurance must be in our company name and location. TABLES & CHAIRS The location has 1 rectangular table in the gazebo that can fit 10 people. 1 table by the BBQ grill that can fit 6 and a patio set that can accommodate 6. There are 15 chairs in total. Additional chairs and tables can be rented separately. Available for rent are: 4 forty-eight inch round tables that can seat up to 6 people (4 People Comfortably ). $10 a day each. 2 eight foot rectangular tables that can seat 10 people ( 8 Comfortably ) $15 a day each. 30 foldable black chairs at $2 per day each. Your setup time and tear down time is included in your booking hours. If you need more time to set up and tear down, then please increase your booking time. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Beautiful outdoor space area! We had our wedding here and the backyard was great we used the patio as a dance floor. However when we first got there, we had to clean dog poop from the floor while setting up. Many of our guests got severe mosquito bites which is very unfortunate and irritating. As well as the host was there often inside the house fixing stuff etc. Not a bother to us but just was more not privacy. The backward was enough space for tables and chairs for enough people we had invited.

Wow I don’t know where to start. Let me say that Peter is an awesome guy and amazing host! I was celebrating my 27th birthday and I’ve never had a party before. Peter gave me a tour of his home, the outside, everything. His establishment is gorgeous. I asked him if I could set up for the party 30mins before my time started and he allowed me to do so. It was cold due to the weather and Peter was very responsive when I called him; showed me where the heater was to warm up the home before the guest arrived. I really got to enjoy my birthday party, mainly thanks to Peter and I’d definitely book Peter again in the future :)

Peter was very courteous and very responsive. He was very nice and walked through everything very thoroughly which helped me out alot while booking. We were especially appreciative of his responsiveness as we were under the crunch in timing. The space is as advertised and is great. The backyard is very nice and would be great for summers. Overall, the space accommodated our large group for thanksgiving dinner very well. We give a huge thanks to Peter and the space for making our thanksgiving very special filled with good food and good memories.
