Our location has hosted many that have celebrated life, love, birthdays, and sorrows. Some have come to welcome new life and others have come to say goodbye. Some have exchanged gifts while others have come to exchanged vows. Located near the Rose Bowl and 2 minutes north of Old Town Pasadena and right off the 210 FWY exit, this location is perfect for Baby Showers, Weddings, Yoga Classes, Birthday Parties, Gatherings, Music, and Wine Tasting Events. The rental is for our Outdoor space only. There is no inside access. This rental does not include indoor access. There is an outside Restroom and electricity. There no refrigerators available. There is a Bar with Bartender that can be used for an extra fee. To see a video of a party at this location, go to www.WickedBarLa.com. There is a Gazebo area, BBQ Grill area, Patio area, and Grass area. The table and chairs in the Gazebo can be moved and the space used as a stage. The grass area can fit approximately 30 to 40 people sitting on the grass. It's a great idea to use the Gazebo as a Music stage with the audience sitting on the grass sipping wine and enjoying the show. 1 Restroom is available with outside access. There is no inside access. The location is rental of our outside areas only. There is parking on the driveway for 3 to 4 cars. There is plenty of non-metered street parking across the street to accommodate approximately 40 cars. A COI (Certificate of Insurance) is required to book our event. This is a 1-day Insurance policy that will cover your event and compensate us for any loss or damages to our property during your event. A COI will be around $50 to $100 depending on the type of event. The COI must cover General liability: $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate. The beneficiary of the insurance must be in our company name and location. There is also a $500 security deposit to cover minor damages and/or missing items. It is refundable the next business day if there are no small damages or missing items or if the location does not require extra cleanup. Please provide your email address so that we can send you a Paypal money request. To receive 100% of your security deposit back, just make sure you leave our property in the same condition as when you first walked in. TABLES & CHAIRS The location has 1 rectangular table in the gazebo that can fit 10 people. 1 table by the BBQ grill that can fit 6 and a patio set that can accommodate 6. There are 15 chairs in total. Additional chairs and tables can be rented separately. Available for rent are: 4 forty-eight inch round tables that can seat up to 6 people (4 People Comfortably ). $10 a day each. 2 eight foot rectangular tables that can seat 10 people ( 8 Comfortably ) $15 a day each. 30 foldable black chairs at $2 per day each. Your setup time and tear-down time is included in your booking hours. If you need more time to set up and tear down, then please increase your booking time. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. This is such a great rental space! I rented it out for my baby shower and then my baby's first birthday a year later. Each time was a great experience and very easy! I love that you have the option to add tables and chairs versus having to rent them out from another vendor.

This is a beautiful place. Very nice for an adult only event as it is not kid friendly. There are too many do and don'ts and you had to go a different website to purchase additional insurance. Peter and his assistant were informative, punicutal, and precise

This space was perfect for my friends surprise birthday event - We had a hibachi style dinner for 35 people and it was the perfect size. Peter was so accommodating and even helped us find the perfect bartender for the event. The space has incredible energy and is so beautiful day or night. HIGHLY recommend this space for any event.

This place was great! I was co-hosting a baby shower for my wife for around 20 people (evening time). It was pretty roomy for us. There are shaded areas that have seating which worked out well for us as it was a little hot when we started our event. The lights in the evening were beautiful. Peter was great in accommodating all our requests (tables, chairs, schedule changes etc.). He gave us a tour before booking which really helped us in making the decision as well as for planning purposes. He was just great to work with. I would booking this place again if I could! I loved this venue it was spacious and clean and actually was prettier than the photos The owner was very friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The baby shower was for 35 people and there was more than enough room for us. I would definitely book it again.
