All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is truly unique - we host weddings, wedding receptions, graduation parties, company events, conferences, concerts and more! The venue is located inside a restaurant so catering is available as well. The space includes 8 'booth' like spaces, cubbies perfect breakout sessions (for corporate events) A stage DJ space Mezzanine space and completely furnished with comfy couches and cushions. AC AV capabilities Film screening capabilities Built in bar space available The space will hold appox 100 people (depending on event and layout) Seated 100 Standing 100

NO outside food allowed. No smoking or animals not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse business to those who are being disrespectful to our other guest, restricting groups of people and/or discriminating.

All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
