About the Space

NYC Studio loft style in the heart of Blagden alley historical district. Much effort was given to preserve this 1870 carriage house’s landmark legacy while remodeling in 2018: hardwood floors throughout, flooded with natural light, gourmet kitchen, Crate & Barrel comfortable lounge. Set back in a quiet corner but from the pulse of Shaw & Logan. 1min walk to convention ctr, 6 to Verizon car, 15 to White H. Perfect fit for off site meetings, training sessions, classes, team building activities, show room, art studio... The space is bright spacious 1000sq ft, totally open and changeable: Boardroom Style : 20 guests Hollow Square Style: 15 guests U Shape Style : 15 guests Auditorium Style: 20 guests Classroom Style : 20 guests Banquet Style : 30 guests Standing audience : 30 guests All A/V supplies available (projector, paper board, smart TVs, wifi, Sound system...) Parking spaces ($20/per day) available right outside (30 spaces available) Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktail, Dinner available upon request

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this space was. John was so accommodating, kind and thoughtful. He made a very rough day for us going in melt away immediately. Thank you so much. We will be singing his praises for a very long time.

Yes, I would book again.

Our team had a pleasant stay at this centrally located place. We opted for catering services for breakfast and lunch during our two-day visit. However, we would have preferred to have more flexibility in terms of ordering rather than being limited to the preset packages. Nonetheless, we had a great experience overall and John, our host, was very accommodating and patient with us.

Had a great experience with the inspiring loft in Logan circle! They set up all the tables and chairs so wonderfully for our event and everything was clean. Would highly recommend again. Just note that there is a very steep flight of stairs to get into the space so that is something to take into consideration as well as communication was a little delayed

Great space and host! The venue has everything you might need for a project team retreat. We had AV set for screen sharing, supplies and tons of Tom was available for any additional support. The space was also very clean. Our team had a very productive meeting. Thank you!
