NYC Studio loft style in the heart of Blagden alley historical district. Much effort was given to preserve this 1870 carriage house’s landmark legacy while remodeling in 2018: hardwood floors throughout, flooded with natural light, gourmet kitchen, Crate & Barrel comfortable lounge. Set back in a quiet corner but from the pulse of Shaw & Logan. 1min walk to convention ctr, 6 to Verizon car, 15 to White H. Perfect fit for off site meetings, training sessions, classes, team building activities, show room, art studio... The space is bright spacious 1000sq ft, totally open and changeable: Boardroom Style : 20 guests Hollow Square Style: 15 guests U Shape Style : 15 guests Auditorium Style: 20 guests Classroom Style : 20 guests Banquet Style : 30 guests Standing audience : 30 guests All A/V supplies available (projector, paper board, smart TVs, wifi, Sound system...) All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was amazing. Super clean & stylish. Although we didn't note the dining area in the photos (which may have been in an adjacent building?), there have been more furniture updates to the loft space which were very nice. Loved the ability to be able to move items around to accommodate the photo shoot. Lastly, the reps were also very helpful when checking in/out. Sidenote: there's parking available for an additional fee which was awesome since it's in DC. I would definitely book this loft again!

We booked this modern loft space for a small Sunday brunch. The host John, their hospitality and event staff were very responsive, professional, and courteous. The loft space is absolutely stunning and spacious. The modern décor coupled with its amenities make the perfect venue for a dinner party or any social gathering. I was definitely impressed with the tablescape, linens, and dinnerware. Venue also accommodates parking. Highly recommend.
