A unique two-story venue in 1908 building with beautiful architectural detail. Ideal for video and film shoots, corporate meetings, speaker panels, weddings & receptions, team building, workshops, and rehearsals. ABOUT THE SPACE Floor: 2500sf sprung wood floor with a 3" raised platform surrounding 3/4 of space Stage: 12' deep x 26' wide raised 3' above floor level (note there is a black baby grand piano onstage) Backwall onstage: Black traveler or white wall which is curved at the top. Used to project on at times in place of the projection screen. Balcony: wrapping around 3/4 of the space Ceilings: 25' CAPACITY 250 main floor 50 on the balcony AVAILABILITY Monday -Friday 6am-5:30pm Saturdays 6am-7pm Friday nights are open on occassion. Limited nights available inquire about specific dates. Saturday nights are NEVER available. WEDDINGS/RECPETION PRICING There is a fixed price for weddings and receptions of $2500 for eight hours. Water is available DRINK POLICY You must use our bar services, no outside alcoholic beverages allowed You may bring in non-alcoholic beverages You may do a mix of host/no-host bar Fee: $25/hr per bartender. Gratuity is 20% of bar tab or $100/per bartender, whichever is greater Located in the heart of the Pike/Pine district in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
