- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
This spot is a large, 2 story facility that can be used for dance/zumba practice, video production, band practice (some backline and PA is provided), even if you want to live stream your YouTube channel! The studio is separated into 3 main areas: The front room can be used to do quick video production (tables and chairs are available upon request, and some lighting is available too). The main studio room has large mirrors covering the full wall and can be used for dance practice or band practice. There is PA provided, along with a drum set, and some backline. The second floor office can be used for music production, meeting space, or a quiet room if you just need some place where you won't be disturbed. There is also a multitrack digital mixing board by Presonus, along with the ability to set up a recording in any room. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Space was limited, much smaller than what the description & we were not allowed to change the background (although it says in the description there ate multiple colors available for use.) So the whole time we were stuck with a gray background. Owner left the studio to be watched over by someone who had no knowledge of anything going on around her. Likely won't be renting again.
