All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Do you need a place to work in the city? With free internet? Do you need to do a music listening session? This private space is perfect for sound playback, has recording studio-quality speakers, and is treated for sound mixing. We have converted a shipping container into the perfect place for you to have a listening session, record, or just meet. You can play your music as loud as you want. Great place to edit video or film a viral video. Perfect for video and audio interviews. Access to the internet you must bring your own computer and mic.. Fits up 6 people comfortably. Located in west midtown. 5 Minutes from the Dome. In walking distance of the trap museum. Please be aware. Any time booked between 12am - 6am will be charged at $30 an hour. This space is not wheelchair accessible, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Parking description
Parking: Our building does not have a parking lot. Please refrain from parking in the courtyard or in front of it. The “Integrity” building does not allow our guests to park there.
Rental guest should use the free street parking. There is ample free street parking is available on Lindsay Street and Wheeler Street. We do not own the parking lots of the surrounding businesses. We cannot permit anyone to park there. It is up to the owners of those facilities to determine towing procedures. We advise you to utilize the free street parking that is available.
PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE TO THE COURT YARD AREA! DO NOT BLOCK ANY OTHER CARS IN!

Security cameras and recording devices
For your protection and for ours, we have security cameras recording video and audio to cloud servers in the common spaces. Blocking, disabling, unplugging or tampering with the cameras will immediately end your rental. If a camera plug or wire is interfering with your production, come speak to one of us and we can relocate it. There are no cameras in the restrooms, or designated changing room and we recommend using them for changing.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The best day to book is on the weekend when there’s more accessible parking. Other than that it’s impossible to find parking on the street. It’s a pretty busy area. The host answered the 2x’s I had to call her, she wasn’t rude and that’s a big thing for me, the worker at the venue was cool and respectable as well. They have an audio interface readily accessible for use, but I have my own so I didn’t need to use theirs but it was considerate of them. The TV works fine, you’ll need your own HDMI cord to hook up to it for an additional monitor if that’s something you’ll want to do. The instructions she’ll send after booking is pretty long, instructional but very long, nonetheless, so make sure you read it or you will have a million questions.
