About the Space
•NO WEDDINGS PERMITTED This Venice beach retreat defines and unifies the indoor and outdoor rooms. The space has an outdoor area with marble floors that flow from inside to out, with exterior sunshades to remove some direct sunlight in the summertime to allow for a more comfortable seating area. The house is surrounded by hedges and creates a palm springs oasis right in the heart of Venice, CA. The outdoor area has couch seating for 12 around a fire place, and a dining table that seats 10. The indoor rooms consist of mid century modern and bohemian furniture. The space is equipped with MERV-13 air filter with automatic recirculation. The architectural interior to exterior design along with the thick marble flooring allows for air flow to circulate and cool the house, the space is not equipped with air conditioning to be a more environmentally friendly property.
