All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

-This studio is for photographer use as well as fitness or dance classes! -Small events are welcomed as well however there is no kitchen. -Photographers have access to different backdrops and lighting along with Studio props. -Fitness and dance classes have access to mirrors open space -The building holds about 200-300 people depending on the activity -Monthly rental is available for dance classes for fitness classes during the week and weekend mornings starting at $150 monthly for 1 day out each week (2 hour time slots)

General Rules

-No smoking inside the building, however smoking can be utilized outside of the building -Well Behaved pets are allowed -Food is allowed however trash must be taken out same day -Cleanup is required prior to leaving your rental time -Please be sure all lights are turned off and doors are locked at the end of your rental -For photographers: Rental is per photographer Trigger and receivers must remain at the studio You have access to all the equipment under the terms that you agreed to replace anything broken during your rental time

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
