There are several parking options including a lot on 6th and Lindley Place which is the closest near the studio. There are metered parking spots as well as free parking in loading zones only after 6pm and all day on Sundays. Please make sure to read parking signs as not all loading zones are available at these times.

$100 to repaint walls. If there are any walls that are chipped or damaged and need to be repainted there will be a $100 charge to cover the cost of materials and labor. Please be careful when moving stands and equipment and try not to hit walls or drag equipment on floor. Always use sandbags to secure stands and prevent them from falling over. You are required to lock the studio. If studio is left unlocked then there will be a $150 charge. Instructions will be provided via peerapace inbox and in the studio itself. If there is an extended amount of damage on the seamless paper that cannot be used again and needs to be cut there will be an extra $10 per 1 foot of paper charge. Please be extra careful when pulling the seamless paper on the floor. Only extend the paper to the max point indicated by the gaffer tape marks on the floor in studio. Take shoes off when walking on paper and only put shoes on when needed for shot. Do not walk on paper with shoes on. You(Client/renter) are responsible for all equipment, amenities, facilities, and the studio itself during your stay. Any loss, damage or theft of the above is the sole responsibility of you (client/renter) and you will be charged immediately for the cost of replacement/repair. Please put all items back to the way they were when you first entered studio and put all trash in trash can. Your booking time includes setup, breakdown, and cleaning. Make sure you are out of the studio by the time you booked or you will be charged for an extra hour. No drugs, alcohol, smoking or vaping inside building or studio. Breaking this rule will result in a $250 charge. You have complete rights to all footage taken inside studio only. No setting up any equipment, shooting or lingering in the hallway. The studio is not sound proof, however it is significantly quieter after work hours which is usually after 5pm. Since we cannot guarantee the sound will meet the requirements for your particular project, we recommend you contact us to set an appointment and check it our yourself before booking. Otherwise prepare to shoot without audio.
