COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional cleaning company cleans in between rentals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This space is perfect for: Productions Movie & TV Filming Photoshoots Interviews Product Shoots & More We are located in the heart of Exposition Park, just minutes from Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas. The space features original hardwood floor, high ceilings and expansive mirrors and windows covering two walls. Fits 15 guests in the small studio & 25 in the large studio space.

General Rules

No smoking or pets allowed Strict noise policy including monitored volume levels on music and no stomping or any loud activities that may disturb our downstairs neighbors.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
