- If items need to be removed from the venue for your event a two-week notice is required. - Please return venue to the condition in which you found it. If you have questions about what is allowed please ask before your event. - No DJ's allowed due to a noise ordinance. - No Smoking on Premises - Catering and other additional fees maybe required depending event needs. - Outside catering is allowed, must have insurance (details provided during booking process). - Renter must obtain a valid liquor/or food license from the appropriate state or local agency prior to event date. - Special liability insurance is required for all renters. - Renter is responsible for any/all damages or theft to the building and technical equipment during the rental period. - Event venue reserves the right to cancel anytime for reasons including, but not limited to the following violation of local, state or federal laws, extreme and uncontrolled volume, expressions of hate or aggression, illegal alcohol use and drug use, smoking on-premises, security issues, and threats to life or safety.
