About the Space

Modern coworking space with all the amenities for a turnkey team off-site. We'd love to host your next workshop, team building, presentation or team meeting. Common Space Includes: • Roughly 800 square feet of usable space • 55" TV monitor on wheels • Large tables with room for 12 people • Ability to transform the space to fit ~40 people • Lots of natural light • AC & heating OUR MISSION • Providing a space that allows entrepreneurs and startups to be successful. • Striving to support and connect members to knowledgeable influencers in their industry. • Welcoming people from different industries and backgrounds to help drive innovation, collaboration, and service, while fostering a contagious culture of community, relationship, and fun. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

This was my 2nd time booking this space for my sons birthday party! Jennifer was very responsive and able to answer all my questions prior to my booking. She was also very responsive the day of and made sure everything was communicated nicely. A sheet of instructions on all aspects of the space was provided and made things super helpful! The space is very well kept and looks as advertised. Many of our guest asked for info to book their future events here. We will for sure be booking here in the future.

Fantastic space for a small company holiday gathering. The space was beautifully decorated for the occasion. The host, Jennifer, was exceptionally helpful. She gave us a tour as we arrived and had everything prepared. She was always prompt with replies on Peerspace and via text as-needed. Would HIGHLY recommend.
