Our back conference room is perfect for podcasts, real estate closings, workshops and business meetings. The space seats up to 6 guests with comfy swivel chairs. Located off Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, this space is also convenient to Target, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. General Rules
• All bookings must include ample time to set up and break down furniture. Please include set up/tear down time in your rental as it is not included.
• Tape, glue, pins etc for decorations are not permitted on any wall surface.
• Selling of alcoholic beverages is not permitted.
• Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
• Outside food is permitted however cooking is not allowed on the premises.
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
• Not pets allowed.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
