All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a a penthouse suite located in DTLA, perfect for company meetings and events. The space features great natural-light throughout the day - a quiet, relaxed environment perfect for long or short-period meetings. This space is also great for a designer showroom or meeting space. We have had brands rent the space for extended periods of time for their off-site meetings in LA. Our location also features a rooftop lounge and meeting area in-case our guests would like an outside setting. The location is close to the 5, 10, 110 and 101 Freeways. We have 3 large parking lots available to the public. We also have street parking available.
General Rules
For all bookings requiring equipment use, guest may be required to sign waiver form and separate fees apply. Some of the amenities such as event supplies are available for an additional rental fee, please inquire for details. Please let the manager know what you will be needing for your rental at the time of the booking. For bookings that exceed booked time, normal rates will apply. Please contact Studio Manager for rates and availability.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
