Greetings! Las Colinas Paradise is a beautiful, custom-built Mediterranean-style venue, located on a 1.5 acre lot in the heart of Dallas, TX. It is also conveniently 10 minutes from the DFW airport and 15 minutes from the Dallas Love Field airport. Thank you Las Colinas Paradise Management *** LCP Rules & Regulations Las Colinas Paradise (LCP) is a gorgeous, newly custom built, one of a kind Mediterranean-styled venue with 1.5 acres of beautiful landscaping in the heart of Dallas. Perfect for small gatherings, like birthday, graduation, anniversary, or any formal events! Come plan your perfect event with a 7000 sq. ft. home with a fabulous entrance, large front and back, perfect for your next indoor or outdoor gathering. This home is located minutes from the DFW International Airport, Love Field Airport, and Las Colinas. Property can host any type of event from photoshoots to weddings to corporate meetings. Perfect for any evening even due to gorgeous landscape lighting! 1. Needs to be 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to book the property. 2. Guests can be subject to further questioning upon inquiry of property. LCP management has the right to inspect events at any time. 3. Strictly no smoking or illegal activity inside the property. Property will be closely monitored and strict legal actions will be enforced on any suspicious activity and violations. 4. Need valet parking if large gathering with more than 10 cars. 10 cars are allowed on the street maximum. No cars are allowed in front of any drive ways. Cars are not permitted inside the property, unless prior approval by LCP management. 5. Food allowed. Microwave available. No cooking inside the house, but it is allowed outside. 6. Required guest insurance and custom security deposit. a. Suggested event insurance company - Starting at $66.33 - TheEventHelper.com. 7. Deposits are needed depending on the function and the number of guests of attendance. 8. Guest will be responsible for any physical or property damage incurred on the property during the entirety of the event. This includes damages to any person, walls, flooring, doors, windows, and ALL assets belonging to the property. Guest will be responsible for any physical and personal injury occurred on the property. Host will not be responsible for any physical injury occurred to any guest. 9. No pets are allowed inside, but they are allowed outside. Guest must pay for any damages done by pets. 10. Property is located in a residential neighborhood. No loud noises or disturbances are permitted outside the property. 11. Guest will remove all his furniture, party material , clean the property in the allotted time, any time used after allotted time will be charged with the rate of 1.5 times. 12. Security deposit is required depending on the number of people and type of party. It is $300 for 20 people and less, $500 for 21 people and more. Can be paid by zelle or apple pay or chase quick pay. Provided there are no damages to the space, the deposit would then be returned to the guest at the end of booking. OVERTIME: Per our policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half- hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Guests should factor setup and teardown time within their booking hours. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Cleaning fee is between $100 - $300 depending on the event. Guests must respect the space, and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame or frying allowed inside or any burning inside that will create a large amount of smoke. BBQ and other cooking is allowed outside.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
