All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our Party Room is located right near home, in Brooklyn USA. (We have an Escape Room on premises. You can rent the party hall together with the escape room or just the party hall on its own.) Our hall/gallery can hold up to 30 people. This space is great for birthday parties, corporate events and meetings. The $60/hour rate includes just the party room. NO ALCOHOL. IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT RESPOND TO YOUR INQUIRIES FROM SUNDOWN ON FRIDAY TILL NIGHTFALL ON SATURDAY. Please be patient.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Thank you for renting your space to us! The space was clean and easy to access. Staff was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I called ahead of time and was able to make arrangements to leave items in the space prior to my scheduled booking time which was a major plus. I would definitely rent this space on another occasion!

I used this space for a small surprise brunch. It was exactly as described. Having the chairs and tables provided was an added perk. The location was ideal, although finding parking was a hassle. Gamliel was responsive. I would recommend this space to others.
