About the Space
Just a short walk from the popular Broadway Burlingame, our community clubhouse offers a modern and spacious area with a full kitchen. Our space is ideal for group gatherings, team building activities and can host groups up to 50 people. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of activities: meetings, off-sites, team building events, presentations, photo-shoots, film-shoots, and brainstorming sessions. Included in your booking: - Full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator - Dining/Meeting table seating up to 12 - Barstool seating up to 6 - Lounge seating up to 12 (two large sofas) - Booth lounge seating up to 12 - Lounge chair seating up to 10 - Two 88' TVs - One 65' TV - Wifi - Music capability in the dining area through Pandora and Tune in radio - Access to the outdoor patio roof deck and seating

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

GREAT space!!!! Loved the kitchen.. there’s a water dispenser, so there was no need for all the water bottles we brought. Unlimited access to purified water is SO helpful during a party. Nice spacious fridge to keep the drinks cold, no cooler necessary. I would definitely book again… decent freezer space too, so we could have gotten ice cream and served it later. The only things I would change are: - ask for the remote to the tv sooner than later (we couldn’t figure it out on our own for a while, so we went without music for a bit) - ask for extra garbage bags in the beginning (none were available so our trash accumulated by the one trash can, then we had to clean it all up at the end when the bags were provided.) - ask for extra toilet paper in the beginning (there was only one roll during our party, so we had to ask for more) They keep the door to the front desk locked, so you have to exit the guesthouse and walk around to the front desk if you need something. It would be more convenient if these things were prepped ahead of time to avoid walking back and forth… or if maybe they could just keep that door unlocked for direct access. I think they keep it locked so that residents and perspective tenants don’t come into the guesthouse, but I think a “private party” sign should fix that. The reason for my 4/5 star review is because parking is terrible. There’s a lot in front, but it’s only for perspective tenants who want to view the property, not guests. It’s street parking only for guests, and there’s not a lot of street parking, considering you’re battling against tenants/guests of an apartment complex. My guests told me the walk from where they found parking was about 8-10min away - equivalent to a couple blocks away. Guests have the option to pull up in front in the roundabout, unload, then someone else can park the car…

The place was nice and spacious! Even the outside of space was really nice with the wisteria arch at the front. When the weather is nice the patio was amazing as well. My only complaint is that parking was not as easy as I would have liked for a place that is capable of hosting up to 50 people.
