All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have an endless list of activities on our ranch venue. •Movies •Films •Sets •Scenes •Productions •Photo Shoots •Creative Projects The venue sits on 54 acres inside a 1600 acres cattle ranch. We have air conditioned indoor space that can hold up to 150 and our outdoor space is unlimited. We have a covered porch that we use for extra seating and has been used as a dance floor when we have bands. We can use the whole 1600 acres for trail rides, hiking, camping and cattle drives. Possibilities are endless. The ranch is very easy to find. We are located in Whitehall just outside of Navasota, Tx. If guests were to stand rather than be seated I would say the number would be 175 in the indoor space and then again pretty much unlimited outside. Trail Rides are $50 per rider per hour and a $50 trail boss fee per hour for every 5 riders. Cattle Sorting is $30 per practice event and a minimum of $500 for a private event. Archery is $20 per person per day with unlimited use Fishing is $20 per person per day Camping $20 per tent per day Cabins run from $95 to $850 per night

We have plenty of parking by the cabins and a gravel parking lot outside the venue.
General Rules
Smoking allowed outside
Outside food is allowed but we do cater for parties of at least 10 or more.
Outside alcohol is NOT allowed on the venue grounds but we can sell it from our bar.
Outside Alcohol IS allowed in the cabins.
Pets are allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
