All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
1,250-square foot California Bohemian Flat. The home newly renovated and impeccably furnished. Conveniently located in the hearth of Echo Park (near Lake Shore Ave). The space flows through the living room, dining room and compact chef’s kitchen all have amazing natural light in the open-concept layout. Large zen-inspired master bedroom has a queen-size bed built in cabinets, guest bedroom in a loft has a queen-size bed and gorgeous natural light plus views of downtown. Guest bathroom with a bathtub was just beautifully remodeled. 2,500 square-foot front lot is newly landscaped with drought tolerant plants. Homeowner provides lots of additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture. Parking description
There is onsite parking that is shared with the tenants. we can offer parking for 2 cars for a $15 per Car.
Parking on the streets is challenging on Thursdays or Fridays (Street cleanup day). Other wise plenty of parking during the day between the hrs of 8AM and 5PM.
General Rules
There is no adult filming at this location.
Furniture can be moved with the consent of the host.
All rentals include setup and teardown time.
There is always plenty of street parking, let me know in advance the amount of vehicles and I will help with directing appropriate parking locations. We highly encourage Carpooling.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
