All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Open, airy home with natural lighting and a neutral, soft and warm palette. 3 bedrooms, 3 bath and office loft. Huge live edge table that can seat up to 10. Open kitchen with island that can seat 6. Thermador 6 burner with griddle, farm house sink looking out into the open backyard. House is full of natural light.

We live in an open cul de sac with plenty of free parking!
General Rules
No smoking. You’re allowed to bring in outside food and alcohol but no one that has consumed alcohol will be allowed to drive away from our home (they can uber). We prefer no pets but are open to approving them depending on the scenario, animal, etc.

This home has beautiful light in every room and is tastefully decorated throughout. We focused on shooting in four different areas but we could have shot in more if we needed to, the entire property is photogenic -- inside and out. Heather was the absolute best. I started corresponding with her 7 weeks before our shoot date and she was friendly, informative, and very quick to respond -- which I appreciated greatly. The entire experience from start to finish was easy and stress-free, I would definitely book again! Thank you, Heather!!

This space was spectacular! Heather was a wonderful host and had clear and constant communication throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, the host showed us around the space and shared all the necessary info for us to have a smooth photo/video shoot. I honestly can't wait to go back!
