All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We are opening our space for rental use! Available for events, conferences, meetings, private functions, speakers, family events, classroom, training, video or film shoots, photo shoots, team off-sites, wedding, baby showers, dinners, launch parties, performances, YouTube Channel/staging, seminars, social service purposes, fitness sessions, etc. right in the city of Van Nuys. General Rules

- No smoking - No pets allowed - No alcohol - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors - All rentals include setup and tear-down time; please inquire for details about staffing - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
