There is a a bathroom at the outdoor kitchen for your convenience. Site visit fee $40 appointment must be scheduled, site visit fee is non-refundable. When the site is booked the $40 will be applied toward the booking Standard rate is not applicable on holidays, rate for holidays is $260 and hr with 2 hour minimum - No smoking - No animals (animals are only authorized on a case by case basis) - Property is only rented for professional photoshoots and video (no porn) - Only the front and backyard will be used, agreement does not include the interior of the house. - if any furniture must be moved it is the renters responsibility to put everything back how it was when they arrived.
