About the Space
House, cul-de-sac and yard have been featured in tv, film, photo shoots, weddings, fund raisers and other events. Yard is large enough for prep, set up, and tear down with easy access. Dead end street and easily blocked off side streets at end of peninsula. Parking is an issue. There are large parking areas at parks within walking distance. Neighborhood cafes located within walking distance. Large, gorgeous 180 degree Pacific Ocean view, Cabrillo Beach and lighthouse leading into Los Angeles Harbor. You have to see it, to believe it!
