We are conveniently located on the 32nd floor of the Safeco Plaza Building in downtown Seattle, just across from the Seattle Public Library. Use our Seattle meeting rooms to conduct your business. It doesn’t matter if you need to meet with a large group, or maybe you need a short-term, private work space to catch up on that project. We are here to help you with all your conference space needs. You can use our conference rooms to pitch your latest grand ideas. Rent a meeting room to catch the employees up on the latest milestones. Reserve a suite for a more personal presentation. Our large conference room is an ideal space for meetings, presentations, and off-site brainstorming sessions and can comfortably seat 10. Amenities Include: - Reception service to greet and announce guests. - Wired and wireless high-speed, fiber optic internet. - Kitchen facility with microwave, refrigerator, vending machines and coffee/tea service. - Post office and Bank of America in building. - TV/DVD equipment available upon request. Please request when making the reservation. Optional Services Include: - Parking Garage - Printing - Copying - Scanning - Notary Public *If you would like to book the meeting room outside of our stated hours, please send us a message! We may be able to accommodate flexible hours.
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No music allowed. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
