All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Room 9 seats up to 7 with an HDTV with HDMI capabilities and floor to ceiling windows. Our stylish meeting room is perfect for your creative planning session, presentation, or group interviews! Perfect For: Meetings Trainings Presentations Workshops Off-Sites We are a co-working space with meeting rooms, private team offices, dedicated desks and training/ event space. This room is centrally located near Ponce City Market in the street level retail space of a condominium building. Seating up to 7 comfortably, this room features HD TV fully connected for HDMI presentation, a custom Lamon Luther boardroom table, comfortable seating and Google Fiber wifi. We also have a limited number of first come, first served free parking spaces on site. *Staff is only onsite from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.*

Parking description
We have a limited number of first-come, first-served spaces on the first two levels of the parking garage located in the back of our building that are available to our members and guests. You are welcome to park in any of these spots, as well as six the parallel spaces along the side of our building. You can find overflow parking across the street at Ponce City Market if need arises.
General Rules
In order to preserve, maintain and govern the conduct,
use and enjoyment, the
following Rules and Regulations have been
established for all Members and their guests.
1. No smoking (or vaping) in the Facility or on the
grounds of the Facility.
2. No animals, other than service animals, inside the
Facility.
3. No changes or modifications shall be made to the
walls or structures of the Facility.
4. No personal objects shall be left in common areas or
meeting rooms.
5. No personal heaters, microwaves or toasters shall be
allowed in the Facility.
6. No Members shall tamper with the HVAC, elevators,
fire alarms, locks or security systems.
7. No meeting room shall exceed the maximum capacity
as posted by MAP
8. All food leftovers or containers shall be desposed of in
the kitchen area.
9. No noises, machines, music or yelling, incompatible
with a business office.
10. No deliveries of mail or packages should be made to
the facility without the consent of MAP.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was a great space to meet. Ours was an informal meeting with family members, and the facilities were perfect. But the place would also have been ideal for a business meeeting, a conference, or any number of events. It’s spotless, run by very competent and polite, helpful folks, and parking is very easy. Can’t fault a thing.
