Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The studio is cleaned before and after bookings. Cleaners and hand sanitizers available during rentals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Time for load-in and loud-out must be considered into your booking time frame. Street level access with a dedicated loading ramp makes this studio one of the easiest to unload/load in Downtown Seattle! 13 foot ceilings with white floors, walls, and ceilings creates an open space with lots of possibilities! Ideal for portraits, corporate headshots, commercial or styled shoots, video, and other small productions. Ambient noise description

Not ideal for sound recording. You will experience ambient noise either from a neighbor next door/above as the building is shared space. Additional you will hear street traffic. The studio is street level between Elliot Ave. and Western Ave.

Equipment loading description

There is a loading zone (15 minutes) off of Western Ave leading right into the doors of the studio. It is a downwards driveway ramp, next to Boat Street Kitchen.

Staging area is available

The studio is one giant room, but we have mobile walls on wheels to create separation if needed. Dedicated wardrobe changing dome. Dedicated HMU area.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Electrical system description

Set of 2 or 4 power outlets along all walls of the studio every 15 feet. 8 sets of power outlets alltogether.

Circuit breaker can be accessed
