Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The property is disinfected after every booking, as well as, disinfected weekly, regardless of bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

With amazing views and rustic Spanish charm, this beautiful property can suit a variety of needs. The backyard being the showstopper, sits on top of a 180-degree view of the entire valley, showcasing what the California lifestyle is truly about. There is a circular driveway on this property which is ideal for loading and unloading catering and/or production equipment, unfortunately, there is not large truck access onto the driveway due to architecture. Please inquire about large truck accommodations. Located in the hills of Studio City, the property is also close to major studios and production offices. Parking description

There is a circular driveway that can hold up to 6 cars. If stacked parking down the driveway you can hold 5 more cars. There is an overhang which prevents large trucks getting near the front entrance. Closest Crew Parking is First Christian Church, located 4390 Colfax Ave. Studio City CA 91604, (818) 763-8218

The space is located on a private street with limited neighbors. There isn't very much noise. There is mild sound from the pool equipment.

Equipment loading description

There are french doors located in both back and front entrances on the ground level. Large trucks are not permitted because driveway has a porte-cochère.

Great lighting in the downstairs guest room or under the lanai outside.

No rooms are off-limits, however, when possible we request no one goes into the master bedroom if the project doesn't require shooting in it.

General Rules

No smoking inside, protect high traffic areas of the hardwood floor (cardboard or paper walkways) if space is not being used or filmed, no large truck access onto the circular driveway (please inquire about our accommodations), and no red-colored beverages (including alcohol) on the property. We require a mandatory walk-through day-of or very close to the booking date to document preexisting damage. Photos and videos are encouraged. All decor/furniture must be put back as it was found. $250/hourly rate for technical meetings after the initial location meeting.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
