Brand new event space in Belltown. Our airy 2,100 sf event space features a stunning mural by local artist, Jennifer Ament, as well as all of the amenities required to host spectacular event. Space Features: • Up to 50 seated guests or 75 standing • Tech equipment: 60” TV screen, centralized sound system with connection to Spotify and in-house microphone • High-speed Wifi by Google Fiber • Whiteboard • Great natural light • Ground level; large windows facing Blanchard • Access to shared kitchen fully stocked with coffee, tea, filtered water, refrigeration, ice, microwave, dishwasher, garbage and recycling • Access to shared gender neutral restrooms, shower, and mother’s room • Bike parking Please note: Please include an hour on either side of your event to allow time for setting up and cleaning up. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
