• Space dimensions: 450 sq. ft. /14 ft ceiling. • Renovated exposed brick wall. • Large windows facing East makes this space extra bright during morning time. • Conveniently located close to train R,F train. • Manhattan view available from the rooftop (this request needs to be sent at the moment of booking with us). The idea was to create an innovating studio with professional and new equipment with a touch of classic decoration, convenient for any kind of photo shoots (fashion, portrait, family, boudoir, still, food photography and more). Any creation that you have, we are more than happy to welcome your idea and be able to help you recreate what you are having in mind with our space amenities. This studio can also be used for events, workshops and presentations. The overtime fee is 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. Studio is available 24/7.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was absolutely perfect in various ways: there was plenty of space - more than enough for my photoshoot; the natural light was perfect and there were plenty of light set-ups for additional lighting if needed; there were beautiful wall surfaces and color paper backgrounds that gave us plenty of options to choose from and finally, Sanja the host was so receptive, quick to answer any questions, easy to work with and very accommodating (as well as very, very nice).

The space is perfect, has a lovely light in the morning coming in through the window. The lights and modifiers seemed brand new. everything you need and Sanja is wonderful!
