Our space is conveniently located downtown Newark NJ. Minutes away from penn station, as well as ample parking for afternoon /night events . The location is 2 floors that can be rented separately or together. The 1st floor is a large open area with a stage set up. And the second floor is a open area set up with a kitchen and pool table . As well as makeup and hair area for photography shoots. Both areas work well for private events like dinner parties, baby showers , birthday parties , photo/ video shoots, pop up shops and meeting places. Prices varies depending on the type of event and space used . Both are large areas with the 1st floor being the bigger of the 2, and can be set up for tabled events or standing events.
Customers must stick to the pre determined time frame of there event. Outside food for your event is acceptable but we also have a chef that can prepare food for your event as well if needed. We don’t not sell liquor but , you are allowed to have it at your private events. Smoking is allowed.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
