About the Space
PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING AN INQUIRY! Our studio is a collective of creative entrepreneurs in the design and lifestyle space. Half of our space is flex space that we use for photo shoots, co-working, and art walks. The other half of our space is a shop that is appointment only. Some of the heavier items in the shop are immovable. Others can easily be shifted out of your way or for your use (for example, the fireplace!). If you are interested in using items from the shop for your shoot, we can provide that access for an additional fee As a corner studio with huge windows, we receive beautiful SW facing light all day long, making the space perfect for natural light photography. Our expansive brick wall is the spot most commonly used to shoot against, but we do also have some seamless backdrops as well as a moveable wall for your use. We have a variety of furniture that can be used for your photo shoot, or moved out of the way as needed. Those include: - leather sofa - long dining table/conference table - marble top desks - a variety of benches and chairs. Please note that there is NO elevator in this historic building, which unfortunately makes us inaccessible for wheelchairs, and also requires that you are able to load in and out through the large stairwell. There are several convenient loading zones. There is a small shared bathroom on our floor that also has a large utility sink in it. No kitchen.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Love shooting here as always! She has a pop up retail boutique set up in 80% of the space and the layout changes frequently, so it might be helpful to ask for current photos before booking to make sure it’s a good fit for what you need aesthetically and backdrop wise. Absolutely IN LOVE with this space. Beautiful light, tons of backdrop options, and a super kind and accommodating host. There was a store ’pop up’ set up and we were able to use a lot for props which was fun and unexpected. Can’t wait to rent this one again! :)
