Throughout the property, pristine white stucco walls provide a versatile canvas that effortlessly showcases brand look books, captivating portraits, and even sets the stage for atmospheric lighting. When it's time for a quick wardrobe change, hair styling, or a moment of respite, step into our private guest suite. The modern bohemian aesthetic, enriched with coastal California touches, offers an idyllic backdrop for those intimate lingerie shots, boudoir captures, and behind-the-scenes photo ops. If you need more space - just add-on the main house to your booking. For your comfort, the pool and hot tub can be heated during your shoot. Just remember, there's an additional fee for this upgrade, which you can easily include in the add-ons section of your booking. Safety first, as they say—we have a legal obligation to maintain a pool safety fence. However, for those who desire an unobstructed view, we're more than happy to remove the fence for a fee, allowing your vision to unfold without barriers. Now, let's talk dimensions! The pool stretches a magnificent 34 feet in length, 16 feet in width with a depth of 8 feet, offering ample space to capture those stunning underwater shots or showcase your swimwear creations. As for the hot tub, it measures a generous 8 feet by 8 feet, providing an inviting space to relax and capture moments of pure serenity. Mother Nature occasionally has her own plans, but fear not! If inclement weather threatens to dampen your shoot, we're here to accommodate. Simply let us know, and we'll be more than happy to reschedule your booking. On rainy days, rest assured that all outdoor furniture will be carefully covered and temporarily unavailable for use, ensuring their in perfect condition for your next visit.
