Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Hotel event room in the heart of downtown Chicago, walking distance to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. Featuring the spacious River North room with floor to ceiling windows for natural light. Ideal private space for meetings, team building exercises, receptions, and more! Private foyer space for added exhibits, bar, or check-in. The 830 sq. ft. River North room can comfortably fit up to 70 people, depending on set up. Located on the lobby level of the hotel, it is very convenient to get to. Enjoy unique food and beverage menus, featuring the herbs from the indoor garden. Menus can be customized to cater to tastes and dietary restrictions. Contact us for catering and A/V details. No outside food or beverage allowed.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I will ABSOLUTELY be booking this space again. Alyson was a fantastic point person, a clear communicator, and so welcoming. She and the events team had set up the venue with chairs and water for guests, as well as notepads & pens just in case they wanted to take notes (which they did!). 10/10 recommend.
