Year-round constantly changing beauty with gorgeous vineyards, rolling hills, magnificent oaks, meanderng running creeks, soaring 120-year-old redwoods, mature gardens, historic barns, vintage tractors, a lake surrounded by vines, breathtaking views plus numerous outbuildings, orchards, and original farmhouse from the 1900s. This is real country and it's "rural" quiet. Great for recording sounds of nature or the sounds you want to be clear without city noises. Once in a while, you'll hear a tractor or truck rumbling on the road. And, of course, we can't control the singing of the birds, the croaking frogs, or the chirping of the crickets. Photo opportunities abound at every glance.
