About the Space
High end modern glass home nestled into 12 foot high boulder ridge, forest setting with vast rolling hill and mountain views. Clean modern furnishings in grey tones and white linens, with organic wood textures. Settings include grand open room (clean line kitchen, living & dining that spill out into an outdoor space), 2 story foyer with 18 foot window, 3 bedrooms & a gym. Every room has 1-2 walls of glass. Perfect setting for photo shoots and movies. Only an hour & 45 min from Manhattan.
General Rules
No smoking allowed, no children under 18 allowed, no pets allowed. Not allowed to put anything on the walls (tape, glue, tacks, nails, leaning anything against them). Caution with footwear that can scratch the floors.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
