All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. General Rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $500!
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss allowed.
-No alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $500!
-Do not place dinner table on the CYC wall.
-Do not put water, liquids, glue, tape on the CYC wall surface.
-Street parking only.
